Tech Together is our signature digital literacy program designed to help seniors build confidence using technology in a supportive, hands-on environment. Over 16 weeks, participants attend in-person workshops at senior centers and community spaces, where they learn how to navigate smartphones, tablets, laptops, and online platforms essential to daily life. The program blends traditional instruction with real-world application—seniors learn how to use email, video calling, online shopping, social media, and more through practice-based learning.

Tech Together also includes remote learning support through Zoom sessions and our dedicated 24/7 tech helpline, where seniors can call for help with digital issues or questions. Each participant receives printed take-home materials that reinforce workshop lessons, and all participants have access to our library of 35+ senior-friendly tech guides.

The program goes beyond skills training. It fosters digital confidence, independence, and connection. With access to telehealth, online banking, and virtual social interaction, our seniors reduce isolation and improve their quality of life. Whether it’s learning to text a grandchild, schedule a telemedicine visit, or explore hobbies online, Tech Together ensures every senior is equipped for the digital age—with community, compassion, and ongoing support at the heart of the journey.

Healthier Together is a 16-week digital health literacy program that teaches seniors how to take control of their wellness using today’s technology. Designed specifically for older adults, this program guides participants through using telemedicine platforms, health tracking apps, and wearable devices like fitness bands and smartwatches. Seniors learn how to monitor vital signs, manage medications, access medical records, and communicate effectively with healthcare providers online.

Each week, participants attend interactive in-person workshops supported by virtual Zoom sessions and personalized coaching. They receive printed and digital guides, simple step-by-step worksheets, and access to a dedicated tech helpline for ongoing support.

Healthier Together addresses a growing need: as healthcare becomes more digital, many seniors risk being left behind. By teaching them how to navigate digital health tools, this program improves access to care, encourages preventive health management, and reduces the anxiety often associated with new technology.

Participants leave the program more confident, connected, and in control of their health. Whether it’s attending a virtual doctor’s appointment, tracking steps for heart health, or receiving medication reminders, Healthier Together ensures that seniors are not only informed—but empowered—to live longer, healthier, and more independent lives.

Safer Together is a 16-week digital safety program designed to help seniors protect themselves online. With cyber scams, phishing, fraud, and identity theft on the rise, seniors are often targeted and vulnerable. This program equips older adults with the knowledge and skills to navigate the internet safely, protect their personal information, and respond to online threats with confidence.

Each week, participants engage in interactive workshops focused on real-world situations—from spotting email scams and securing social media accounts to managing privacy settings and avoiding malicious websites. Easy-to-read handouts, checklists, and safety tip sheets are provided alongside hands-on practice.

Participants also gain access to weekly Zoom discussions, our tech safety helpline, and one-on-one support for personalized guidance. Topics include safe online shopping, digital banking, password protection, recognizing fake links, and what to do if your identity is stolen.

Safer Together goes beyond awareness—it empowers. Seniors who complete the program report feeling more in control, less anxious about technology, and better equipped to explore the digital world securely.

Whether they’re managing finances online or chatting with family on social media, Safer Together ensures seniors can stay connected and protected in today’s digital landscape.

Information Wise is a 16-week program that helps seniors develop critical thinking skills and media literacy to safely navigate the internet, news, and online information. In a time of rampant misinformation, fake news, and confusing digital content, this program empowers older adults to confidently evaluate what they read, watch, and share online.

Each week features interactive workshops where participants learn how to identify credible sources, recognize biased or misleading content, understand digital advertising, and protect themselves from information scams. Using real-life examples and guided exercises, seniors gain the tools they need to become more informed digital citizens.

The program includes a printed workbook, curated reading materials, weekly Zoom support groups, and access to a dedicated tech helpline for personalized assistance. Seniors learn to verify health information, research topics of interest, and use fact-checking tools to separate truth from fiction online.

Information Wise builds digital resilience. Seniors finish the program better equipped to make informed decisions, engage in online communities responsibly, and help others do the same. Whether browsing news sites, reading emails, or watching videos, seniors gain confidence in their ability to spot truth and stay smart in the digital world.

The Digital Ambassador Program is a 12-week leadership initiative that trains seniors to become community tech mentors. Graduates of our digital literacy programs step into new roles—leading peer groups, sharing their knowledge, and inspiring confidence in others. This program is designed to promote sustainability, equity, and empowerment by building a community of tech-savvy seniors who support one another.

Participants learn how to facilitate small group sessions, provide one-on-one tech assistance, and use adult learning techniques tailored to older learners. The curriculum covers presentation skills, coaching methods, cultural competence, and how to troubleshoot common devices and apps. Each Ambassador receives a printed leadership guide, access to our helpline, and weekly coaching through Zoom or in-person check-ins.

The program supports underserved neighborhoods by deploying trained Ambassadors into libraries, housing facilities, churches, and community centers—bringing consistent and culturally relevant digital education where it’s needed most.

Ambassadors not only gain confidence and leadership experience, they also create lasting impact. Through their efforts, hundreds of additional seniors receive training and ongoing tech support. The Digital Ambassador Program is how we build community from within—one senior leader, one neighborhood, and one digital lesson at a time.

The Digital Legacy Tools Training Program is a 6-session course that helps seniors organize, secure, and communicate their personal and digital assets. In today’s connected world, managing online accounts, digital subscriptions, and electronic documents is as important as managing physical property. This program teaches seniors how to build a comprehensive digital legacy plan, ensuring their wishes are clearly documented and accessible to loved ones.

Participants learn how to catalog essential documents, safeguard medical records, manage financial and investment accounts, and securely store login credentials for email, social media, and online services. The training also covers how to prepare end-of-life instructions, such as wills, funeral preferences, and account closures.

Each session includes printed guides, interactive worksheets, real-life scenarios, and access to our tech support helpline. The program is delivered through in-person workshops with optional virtual sessions for added flexibility.

Digital Legacy Tools Training empowers seniors to take control of their digital footprint while reducing stress for family members and caregivers. By the end of the program, each participant will leave with a customized digital legacy toolkit, giving them peace of mind—and giving their loved ones clarity during life’s most sensitive transitions.

Voices of Experience is a 16-week digital storytelling program that helps seniors build confidence with technology while capturing their personal stories through audio, video, and written content. This empowering program turns learning into legacy, showing older adults how to use digital tools to express themselves, connect with others, and preserve their life experiences for future generations.

Participants learn step-by-step how to record podcasts, film short videos, and write blogs or digital memoirs. Weekly in-person workshops provide hands-on training in user-friendly tools for editing, publishing, and sharing stories online. Seniors also receive printed workbooks, personalized coaching, and access to a tech support helpline to ensure they’re supported every step of the way.

The program fosters creativity, community, and digital fluency. Whether it’s telling a family history, sharing a recipe with grandchildren, or reflecting on life’s biggest lessons, each participant leaves with at least one completed project they can proudly share.

Voices of Experience honors the wisdom of seniors and celebrates their voices in the digital age. By combining content creation with digital learning, the program helps seniors grow more connected, confident, and inspired to explore new possibilities with technology.
